Being booted out due to your character

One common reason people boot is hosts are waiting for their friend to join and did not think to reserve a spot for him when they created the room. Or the host started a game, and the friend then became available to play, so the after the level ended they kept the lobby open with one spot for him to join in. What happens is someone else then sees the available game and tries to join as the friend is joining, they beat the friend to the lobby, get kicked, and the friend tries to join again.

I'm sure there's a couple people who actually kick certain characters, but it's rare. Usually the host wants to fill up their six asap before people get bored and leave. Not to mention most people are aware that you can't change your character unless in a room or in single player.

I really believe a lot of people think they got kicked for their character when it's for some less personal reason. How do you know unless you ask?

I like covering the screen so my team can't see anything. But I'm pretty mean ;D

on that note i've been playing Shanoa since she was my first character and i know i'm pretty skilled at the game, I just get too bored too fast.

I host my own games about 98% of the time so i all most never get kicked. One time on level 10 I 5 Somas joined me and I a few of them was mocking me for picking Simon, I have him maxed and <3 him. So we run the level, this was before that lame glitch, and was rude saying I was slow at killing and other random crap.

We got to the boss and they wanted me to wait outside, to be the door holder, so I did that and watched them all die on dracs first forum. So I open door let them out and go in a solo the boss alone and turned my mic on and said Jezz y'a'll suck lol

I almost always host so I'm rarely if ever booted
I think the one time I did get booted that I can recall...
was when I would constantly play as pre-patch maria.

I got booted tonight when playing, but it was understandable. I was in a group of randoms, just me and 2 Somas. It was Chapter 11 Hard. Just as the game started, my phone was ringing and it was important (I never get called unless it's important, lol), so I had to pick up. I was idle the entire round and the Somas died on the boss, so the host kicked me.
I then sent him a message apologizing for going idle and that I had a phone call, he responded with "no problem"... so I hope it's alright. ^^"

i was in a game with pretty much the same events, except me and simon were the one's left.

and a lot of people were talking but i usually don't put my mic on with randoms, i'd rather say "I'm on it!"

I've only/usually been kicked if I'm playing as NotSoma.

Only been kicked as Shanoa once or twice. Annoying as hell. T_T
