This is one reason I hate those goddamn beach volleyball games and whatever else they have.
Yes it's a fighting game, unless it's sarcasm, but I have come across people who actually don't know that it's different than those beach volleyball games.

I have DoA Ultimate (1&2) and DoA 3. I like how the moves in the game are rather simple to do (Usually, if we won't count Hayabusa) and you don't have a ton of health you can just soak hits with. Prefer it over Tekken.
That being said I am not terribly good at the series cause I haven't been playing it for too much. A friend of mine introduced me to the series and eventually his games simply got forgotten to my house. Nowadays he doesn't have Xbox himself so he left them here. And I haven't played the games much without his presence. So, yeah.
Anyways, good games. Perhaps underrated even.

I'll agree with underrated. People assume its all tits and shit, but the gameplay is actually very technical.
I take it you don't have the 4th one Foxxie?

Don't let me get to you, I take cheap shots at every game. I even troll Melty, and I practice that game 2-6 hours a day every day. Every day.
That said, I'll admit I've never tried 4. I only played 3, and did not care for it, which is what my troll statement was based on. I totally forgot about the volleyball games until you mentioned them lol. My opinion may or may not be somewhat skewed by my hatred for Itagaki as a person, though.
The only 3D fighters I've ever liked are VF5 and SoulCalibur II, come to think of it.
