In my opinion it's one of the best, if not THE best zombie game out there. It does zombie survival right.
This game definitely keeps me on my toes while I'm playing during the day. And at night I'm wary of every little sound. I'll tell you some horror stories later, but only if you guys tell me some of yours first!
What was your first five minutes like?
Hopefully if this threads popular enough we'll get a Dead Island sub forum on this site so let me hear your love people!

i turned my gamma ALL the way down, and it makes it a bit creepier. I've really been enjoying the game just like you  i just need more people to play with |

Dammit, why the hell did I select the super free shipping speed!? I wish I was as excited about this game back then that I am now... >_>
Well, it should be coming in sometime this week, though I'll probably play with real-life friends first.

Yeah, I did. Right now, I'm playing with two characters. I use Xian when playing with a friend from work, and Logan when running solo. I probably won't play online with anyone else until I've beaten the game first, though. I love games like this, so I see myself playing through it multiple times.

i hope i don't burn myself out before they come out with a sequel with a "GOOD STORYLINE"

I like to think of this game's storyline as setting up for another one.
Then it's not so bad.

3 achievements left.
level 50 achievement (5 levels to go)
play the game 28 days after the first time you play it (i refuse to glitch for this or any achievement)
and i still have to play through act 1 with logan...i have 1 quest to do with sam b. to get to act 2

Eh I'm going to work my way towards those ones. I plan on beating the game with all four characters and then working on getting them to level 50. That way it'll take me awhile.
It's a good enough game to do all that for.

I enjoyed it until today i could no longer access my level 46 character.
I even had an alternate save of my character, and i can't access my character on my alternate save file either.
All i did was download the goddamn update -_-
