looks like if you use the word "scrolls" bethesda is gonna sue you

so resident evil: revelation's capcom is going to sue assassin creed: revelation's ubisoft for use of the word "revelations" in the title next. and i do believe there's another game with the word "revelations" in it.

That's just pathetic... I wasn't a big fan of Morrowind, but I was still considering trying out Skyrim when it came out, at the very least. Now, I'm not so sure.

From what I've read it's mostly Bethesda's lawyers being lawyers. I don't think the company itself is making the decision to sue Mojang; rather this being an automated response.

I'm pretty sure Scrolls is also too generic a word to be copyrighted also.
