There are people who have waited 11 years for that game, were teased with it, and saw it cancelled. I'm not even a fan of Mega Man Legends, it's just a straight up dick move and they don't deserve money for being such dicks.

Be that as it may, I've just been moderately interested in megaman. I enjoy Megaman, but the part that has me particularly not interested in it is that all the recent megaman crap has been made for a younger audience.
I can understand fan's being upset over a game being canceled however. Quite a few games i was interested in were canceled.

Sorry if that seemed harsh. But it's just that it's quite easily the dickest thing Capcom has ever done, y'know? That's why I'm going to totally support buying their games used or pirating them from now on. Even as someone who doesn't care that much about the specific game, but as someone who always looked up to Capcom as a game designer... crushing many fans' hopes of 11 years is too cruel.

oh i'll probably pirate MvC3 ultimate edition, but i will not be giving anymore money to capcom...aside from project raccoon city and RE revelations (hey, i need a decent game for my 3ds already)

I am actually very excited for this! I've been playing a lot of MvC3 recently, so to see that they're releasing an update is good news to me. I'm massive into the competitive scene, so to see them do something about the OP characters (Hello, Phoenix!) is a good thing. I know a lot of people are really angry about the fact that they are releasing this so soon after MvC3 vanilla, but they did intend for the characters to be DLC. Due to the earthquake in Japan they decided that they would bundle it with a brand new game, along with balance changes, for a discounted price. I for one am happy about this decision. Not necessarily how it came to fruition, but how it inevitably ended up.
As a final side note, I would have liked to have seen some characters from the Sengoku Basara series make it in there. Ahh well, there's always...DLC, right?
