after a lot of annoyance, i could do it.
the only reason i don't like those castlevania fan-ripoff games
or touhouvania's is because the gameplay usually isn't as smooth as it should be, and i don't like that you can fly in ALL OF THEM.

after a lot of annoyance, i could do it. I probably could too... if Remilia didn't take forever to show up. The footage was from Serio's Castlevania Fighter by the way. It.... is like you said though, a very flawed fan-game that doesn't control as well as it should. It also suffers from horrible balancing issues. I only played it to fight the cameo battle... which never shows up. |

Touhouvania is actually controlling comparably smooth to most other games of this type. The flying is just part of the Touhou parts of it, I didn't mind it.

the flying part, the reason i don't like it is because it takes away any castlevania feel to it because it's pretty much a bullet hell game.
Actually i've really been craving a sidescroller hack and slash lately.
Until Dungeon fighter goes to xbox arcade however i dont think theres much available for me

Glad to see there's another DFO fan on this forum! I'm definitely looking forward to its XBLA launch. Back on topic:  While I'm certain I could eventually pull it off, the real questions would be: How many curses would I utter in the process and how high would my blood pressure be afterward? |

It CAN be beaten... it's just that you barely get the opportunity to practice on her and learn patterns.
Plus Jonathan in that game is super bad.

Like most impossible looking bosses, I bet it isn't too bad with enough experience with it. I bet it would sure take a long time to get to that point though.
