aka Vagina Poverty aka that game that's taken even less seriously than Arcana Heart

I got into this game in late 2009 or early 2010 (can't remember exactly when I picked it up) and have played it off and on since, I keep coming back to it because there really isn't another game that plays like it.

It's a really fun doujin fighter developed entirely by one former Capcom employee. Consistent, high quality art, fluid animations, and unique mechanics make it really stand out over most doujin fighting games. Side note: Melty Blood hasn't been a doujin game for years, people need to stop calling it that.

I have this game but i admit i havent touched it since i downloaded it 2 years ago

Nah, he didn't work on Marvel. At least, not credited if he did. As far as we know, he worked on Mega Man & Bass and RE3 while at Capcom.

ah, maybe the story was misconstrued some then. But i was atleast right that he worked at capcom

Yep. SNK too. I wouldn't be surprised if he worked on some Capcom fighters uncredited though; his spriting style isn't very far off at all from Alpha 3.

Some time while I wasn't paying attention they updated the downloads on the wiki. It now includes what appears to be some sort of lobby-based netplay client, and runs on US systems with no hassle (or at least it did under Windows 7 when I stuck it on my new laptop yesterday).

Great time to try it out if you haven't, and totally worth the half hour it'll take you to download it and play for 28 minutes.
