Diablo 1, 2, ...3?

I'm very new to the Diablo series. I'm talking like, new-new. Started with D1 last year, tried D2 earlier this year. D1 turned out to be an all-time classic for me, while D2 was just as awesome (though I didn't get to try multiplayer).

I notice a lot of crossover CV/Diablo fans, and also notice a lot of comparisons between the two. I don't think the loot systems are that similar, but I would love to see Diablo's rarity system used in Castlevania. Hell, I'd even settle for them making the set items (Simon's, Fuma's, etc) act as set items (you know, with bonuses!).

Who has played the series, and what classes did you use?

I love Daiblo one of my favorite PC games of all time. I've played all characters in both games cept Druid in D2:LoD. One of my favorite was my lightning sorceress in D2. Farming for loot does feel similar Here in Castlevania HD doing the same place over and over again and again till you get the loot you want or something else that's good. Daiblo 3 I can't wait for.

My friend got me into Diablo II over a year ago. The idea was to farm for loot together, but we didn't do that too often and we eventually stopped playing. I did enjoy the hell out of it though. I used a Sorceress with Frozen Orb as my go-to spell.
