They're actually among the worst weapons for Soma. :V
Nunchucks drop from Ch. 5 and I believe Ch. 6 green/blue boxes, I forgot where Tonfa drop, though. Probably in the later Normal (5-6) or earlier Hard chapters (1-4). Most likely green/blue as well.

Actually, Tonfa are Alucard-exclusive, while Nunchucks are Soma-exclusive.
