Soma Cruz - Aria of Sorrow, Dawn of Sorrow Alucard - Symphony of the Night, Dawn of Sorrow, Aria of Sorrow Jonathan Morris - Portrait of Ruin Shanoa - Order of Ecclessia Charlotte Aulin - Portrait of Ruin
Here's where my info gets fuzzy.
Julius Belmont - Dawn of Sorrow, Aria of Sorrow Yoko Belnades - Dawn of Sorrow, Aria of Sorrow Richter Belmont - Symphony of the Night, Rondo of Blood, Portrait of Ruin Maria Renard - Symphony of the Night, Rondo of Blood, Portrait of Ruin Simon Belmont - I think we ALL know this. Shanoa - Order of Ecclessia(sp?), Circle of the Moon Julius Belmont - Dawn of Sorrow? Shanoa is Order of Ecclessia only. Circle of the Moon starred Nathan Graves. Julius was also in Aria of Sorrow, notable for being a hard as hell boss battle.

Alucard - Symphony of the Night Alucard also appeared in Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse (Jap Famicom only Q_Q), being the first character in the series that could change direction mid jump EDIT: Actually I got that wrong, it was Grant who can change direction, Alucard has a bat form. Ergh, first post fail >_>

Maria Renard - Symphony of the Night, Rondo of Blood It's splitting hairs but you could say that Maria should be listed for Nocturne in the Moonlight instead of Symphony of the Night, since SotN for Saturn was initially released as such and she is only playable in that version.
