I'd just like to point out that it was less than 20 runs after I made the above rant post when I got my first miser ring. I got so excited about it that I decided to run it again, and I got a second one. That's right. Back-to-back miser rings. I was playing solo Alucard both times. RIP, Chapter 7.

Haha, back when this forum was more active, pretty much anytime anyone created a thread and ranted about being unable to get them, they suddenly got them.
Just like yourself, I got mine back to back.
